This house is a wonderful seashore home offering the perfect place to enjoy the Jersey Shore.

The house is sparkling clean and wonderfully supplied for your vacation as you enjoy all Bay Head has to offer.

Six beach badges are included.

 

Location:
The house is located on Bridge Avenue in Bay Head,  one block from the shopping district,  and three short blocks to the beach entrance which is visible from the house.  It is also an easy walk to four different restaurants.  Bridge Ave. Beach is the most desirable of all Bay Head beaches, it is raked daily and protected by professional lifeguards.
Six BHIA beach badges are provided in season throughout your stay, a requirement for guests 12 and up.

 

 The pride of ownership and the comfort of our guests is most important to us.

 We  maintain the house so you don`t have any worries at all while you are on vacation.


Bedrooms

The house has four spacious bedrooms, one on the first floor, three on the second floor.

Bedroom one:  first floor with a king bed, adjoining half bath. 

Bedroom two:  second floor with a king bed.

Bedroom three second floor with two queen beds.

Bedroom four  second floor  twin bed.

Other sleeping amenities include a  child`s pack and play,  and bed rails for child safety provided if needed. 

King and queen beds have brand new extra thick luxury mattresses. 

Pillows, blankets, mattress pads, dust ruffles, comforters , and sheet sets are  supplied. 

 

Wall to wall carpeting and air conditioning units are in all the bedrooms, as well as dressers, mirrors, and closets. The upstairs three bedrooms also have ceiling fans allowing you to take advantage of the lake and ocean breezes on summer nights.

The house has two new one and a half baths, plus an additional outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

The full bath  was completely remodeled  for 2011. Renovations include easy step-in bath tub, granite countertops, double vanity sinks, decorative and functional lighting and fans and beautiful tile floors and walls. 

The half bath was  completely remodeled in 2009.

Curtains and mini-blinds  are on all  the windows.
A/C and ceiling fans throughout.

 

Kitchen 

The  fully supplied, sparkling clean, eat-in kitchen with solid wood oak flooring  has  all-wood custom made cabinets, and many custom accessories,  new countertops, a built in microwave, an extra deep stainless steel sink, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and more.
The kitchen is supplied with a high quality set  of Cuisinart  pots and pans,  a programmable drip coffee maker,  four slice toaster, a toaster oven,   several sets of high quality dishes, glasses, utensils, BBQ tools, kitchen linens. serving and storage pieces , baking pans and casserole dishes, trays, graters, strainers, knive sets, tea kettle, broiler pans, cookie sheets and more. 

Paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, kitchen sponges, and  lots of starter under the kitchen sink products are also provided.

A solid wood dining table and chairs complete the kitchen.


The laundry room has a  large capacity washer and dryer, iron, ironing board,  well as additional cabinets for storage.

The dining room  is beautifully painted,  detailed with waincoting trim,  supplied with a eight seating cherry table and captain`s chairs and quality window decor.  The  china hutch is full of  high quality dishes and stemware, barware, mugs, glasses, an ice bucket, and wine, cordial, and beer glasses.


The house also has a large screened-in front porch furnished with patio chairs and tables, which  provides lots of light and ocean breezes. It is a very  nice spot to sit and relax while watching  everyone walk to the beach and  enjoying your morning coffee or evening desserts. 


The large comfortable living room  accommodates  a large group with two sofas,  two queen ann chairs , lamps and coffee tables, a color tv with expanded cable channels and a dvd, vcr combination.  A nice assortment of DVD`s and videos is also provided.

 

For the younger set:
The house is supplied with a pack and play, safety bed rails,  a child`s high chair,  sand toys, crabbing nets and a crab trap,  a couple of board games and an assortment of reading materials for children and adults.


The grassy, shaded, fenced back yard with new portage stone patio area  has a  gas grill w/side burner, outdoor dining furniture, 9` market umbrella. A tank of propane is provided for the grill.

 

Four  beach chairs and a small cooler are provided to take your bottled water to the beach.

 The driveway can hold three large vehicles or four compact cars. Parking on Bridge Ave. is also available and is free 24 hours and unrestricted.

From North
GSP exit 98 to Route 34S pass Shop Rite on your right follow signs to Route 35S to Bridge Ave. in Bay Head.
or
GSP exit 91 to Burnt Tavern Road East. Cross over Route 70.  Cross over Route 88 and the  road changes it`s name to Bridge Ave, Shop and Stop Supermarket on right. continue east on Bridge Ave. to house.
or
Take the train to Bay Head or Point Pleasant Beach and taxi or walk to the house.  The parking is free  Bay Head train station lot and throughout the entire Borough of Bay Head.

From South
GSP exit 90 to Chambers Bridge Road. Cross Route 70. Turn left on to Brick Blvd.  At the next light veer right onto Route 70. and get in most right hand lane.  Exit Route 70 to E Princeton Ave.  Stay on E Princeton Ave past Comstock Boat Yard and  at the light turn left over the  drawbridge and continue on Beaver Dam Road to Bridge Ave.  Turn Right on Bridge Ave. continue one mile over canal bridge continue another holf mile on Bridge Ave to house on the left.  


From West
195 East to Rt. 34S pass Shop Rite on your right follow signs to Rt. 35S to Bridge Ave. in Bay Head.

 

While staying at this lovely shore vacation home you are able to walk to four restaurants pending post-Sandy re-opening,  the beach, Twilight Lake,  a deli, a convenience store,  a beauty parlor, a  wine and liquor shop, beach supply shop, clothing boutiques, a cheese shop, Mueller`s bakery, the public tennis courts, fishing, the public library, yacht club,  three parks with playground equipment,  a soda fountain, churches, a bank,  and more.

 
Bay Head is located one mile south of the  Point Pleasant Beach boardwalk. 
It is a short 10 minute drive on Rt. 35S to Lavallette and Seaside.
