The complex has an indoor pool which is open July 1 thru Labor Day! TVs with DVD players in every bedroom. Cable internet service. No need to go to the laundromat with those wet beach towels, just throw them in your own washer and dryer.

Take in the beautiful ocean view from your large private balcony located off both the living room and master bedroom. Rejuvenate your body in your own JACUZZI bath tub!

The building has electronic security doors for your safety and two elevators for your convenience. Assigned off-street parking for one vehicle in the back lot but additional parking in the front. Directly across the street from the beach, right by the start of the boardwalk at the desirable north end. 

Use of pool and beach passes are included with this rental.
