In summer months enjoy swimming in the community pool or lake, which is just a short block away. Enjoy the sandy beach, rent paddle boats, or go fishing. The home comes with 8 renter wristbands (no option to purchase additional bands) for the use of these amenities. In the winter months enjoy the short drive to Big Boulder and Jack Frost for fun in the snow! Spring and Fall offer beautiful views of the spectacular Pennsylvania foliage.
Whatever season you prefer, the Squirrel`s Nut Chalet will be the perfect retreat for you. The home is beautifully decorated and fully appointed. The first level of the house includes a game room which is equipped with shuffle board, foosball, Xbox with dance pad, 2 controllers and games, a game table, a 32†TV, DVD player, and a stereo. This level also has a bedroom, the ½ bath, a mud room and a laundry room.
The great room is located on the second level of the house and boasts a two story stone gas fireplace, a beautiful wall of windows, and a 46†plasma TV with DVD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating for four, and a large dining table that seats 8. Also on this level are two bedrooms and a full bath. The 3rd floor includes a 12’ x 8’ loft area, plus 2 large vaulted master bedrooms and a full bath.
