The Harmony Chalet is a great, reasonably priced, mountain home located in Lake Harmony Estates. This home is our closest home to the beach. It is approx a 5 minute walk to the beach and lake. The house has 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It comfortably accomodates a a larger family group.
The house has a wonderful, open back yard for throwing a football or having a baseball catch.
The Great Room is located on the 2nd floor of the home. This room consists of the Living room area with its Big Screen TV, the Dining room area with its 8` Dining room table which seats up to 10 and the large kitchen which has ample room for cooking for larger families. The Game room has another flat screen TV and a Pool table. Each floor of the house has a full bathroom. The large deck has a picnic table and a gas grill for summer cookouts. The outdoor Hot Tub has seating for up to 6 - 8 adults.
The house is layed out for optimal use by larger families. Please see the amenity list above for all the amenites included. Do not forget to visit the Area Attractions section for a complete list of all the great things to see and do in the Poconos.
The home is a 5 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and a 10 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Area. There are paddle boat rentals available on the lake during the summer season. The house is located 1 mile from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock. Please go to the Area Attractions link to view. The home is minutes from numerous summer and winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf. Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia.
Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you are bringing your boat, please call our office for a copy of the registration form) , water skiing, sailing and Jet Skiing (There are no jet ski rentals). We are located 3/4 miles from the beach. Lake Harmony has a private sandy beach with a lifeguard, a swimming platform, picnic tables and a beach volleyball court.

Your hot tub is professionally serviced and sanitized within 24hrs prior to your check-in. If you need your hot tub cleaned anytime during your stay, professional hot tub cleaning is available for $85.00 Please just call our main number at 215-489-3206 and leave a message on the emergency voice mail prompt. Please do not forget to inspect your hot tub upon your arrival. If you are unsatisfied with the conditon of the hot tub (up until 7pm on the day of your check-in) you can call our office and we will gladly stop by and re-clean and balance the tub at no charge. Please schedule your arrival times accordingly. By following the hot tub rules listed in your tenant packet, you will greatly extend the time the hot tub water will remain clean.
