Featuring a pool table and oversized Jacuzzi, this lovely 5 bedroom home will become the favorite of many. Home 2217 is located at the end of a quiet road and is just minutes away from North Beach, a sandy beach with a lifeguard, park with BBQ grill, jungle gym, and great fishing. Across from the beach are outdoor basketball courts.
The main level of the home has a large deck extending across the front and side of the home. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area. You`ll enjoy gorgeous views of the mountains through the two sets of sliding glass doors. The home features all new kitchen appliances, freshly painted walls and new carpet throughout. The two large bedrooms on the main level each have a queen-sized bed and dresser. The full bathroom is off the hallway and quite spacious.
The lower level, also newly redecorated, offers a comfortable recreation area with a pool table, television and daybed providing extra sleeping. There are three bedrooms on this level. One charming bedroom has a queen-sized bed.
The second has a full-sized bed and the third bedroom downstairs has two twin-sized beds. The large bathroom also houses the clothes washer and dryer. Just outside the recreation room door is the oversized Jacuzzi and a fire pit for everyone to enjoy.
