Poconos chateau 2217 is a sprawling newly decorated home that features five bedrooms, two bathrooms, and air conditioning in the living room. With new appliances in the kitchen, new carpet and freshly painted walls throughout, this is the perfect place for your gathering of friends or family reunion. The living room with a brick propane fireplace is open to the kitchen and dining area. The two sets of sliding glass doors reveal gorgeous views. The house easily accommodates twelve people. The two bedrooms on the main level each have a queen-sized bed. On the lower level, one bedroom has a queen, a second bedroom has two twins and the third has a full-sized bed.
You’ll enjoy hanging out in the recreation room on the lower level; play some pool with friends or relax in front of the TV. The rec room houses a daybed providing extra sleeping. Just outside the rec door is the oversized Jacuzzi and a fire pit, making get-togethers even more special. There is a spacious bathroom on each floor, with the washer-dryer in the lower level bath.
The home is located in the Hideout, the Poconos’ premier resort community. At the Hideout, all guests will enjoy access to two pools, two beaches, six lakes, a private 9-hole golf course, and a ski area.
