Excellent location in Big Boulder Resort. Located at the top of the hill before you reach Big Boulder parking lot. Lift tickets are good at Big Boulder and Jack Frost. Tickets are not included in the rent. Home was just renovated in November and most of the furniture is new. The home is very spacious and clean. Summer fun! Rent includes passes to Lake Mountain beach club. Passes allow you access to both pools, tennis, Lake beach and boat rentals. The pool is located right above the Lake beach and next to Boulder view beach bar. This home backs to the woods and often deer and other wildlife can be seen right off the deck. Enjoy the night life at Shenanigans located one mile away or one of the many other dining/social establishments. This home is in a great location, located right above Big Boulder parking lot and .5 mile away from Boulder view on the lake restaurant. H2OOOO indoor year round water park is 5 minutes away. We keep the home in immaculate shape for our guests. We do not charge any extra fees and we include fresh linens for your stay! Linens and bath towels can be added for an additional $75.Please email for Holiday rates. Reservations are not gauranteed until initial deposit is received.
Great room has a 42" HDTV Flat screen. The other bedrooms have a 24" HDTV Flat screens. The lower level has a 35" Flat screen and X-box,Pool table, foosball table, Poker table with chips and board games are provided for additional inside fun and beach toys for some outside fun. We also provide 4 DVD players and a video library of over 50 DVD`s. DON`T FORGET YOUR IPOD OR IPHONE!...we provide a IPOD-IPHONE docking station to play your personal music collection. Home also includes stereo and CD player. We also provide high speed wireless internet service for your lap top.
The home comes with 10 passes to the Lake Mountain club. The club has heated pool (if heat is needed) a small children’s pool, fishing, boating, (Sailboats, fishing boats, Canoe, Rowboats, Kayaks & paddle boats). The beach is located at the lake in front of the pool and has a roped off swimming area with an Aqua Jumper. There are also showers, Tennis, kids activities, playground, table tennis, horse shoes and a Sand bar next door at Boulder View on the Lake. There are also many restaurants and other activities close to Big Boulder. Open May 28th thru September 5th.
Nearby activities include skiing, snowboarding, white water rafting, water parks, fishing, tennis-200 ft from home, paintball skirmish, mini golf, the Gallaria, Crossings outlets, Nascar, casinos and spa`s. Enjoy warming up to a fire in this cozy home or the many outdoor activities.
WE OWN 3 HOMES ALL NEXT TO EACHOTHER THAT CAN ACCOMODATE GROUPS OF 30 PEOPLE. WE OFFER DISCOUNT FOR 2 OR MORE HOMES BEING RENTED DURING THE SAME TIME PERIOD.
Sleeps 8-12 people. 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin beds, and two Futons. We also have a convertable sofa--please let us know if you will need the sofa so we can make it available during your stay. Must be 24 to rent.
