This stunning chalet is located in the gated community, the Hideout. Located on a quiet road, it is easy walking distance to a favorite spot in the community - North Beach. There you`ll enjoy a sandy beach, children`s play area, park with good fishing. There`s a lifeguard on duty daily.
The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room. In warm weather, there`s an AC unit that keeps the entire main floor cool. The downstairs maintains a comfortable temperature. You`ll enter through a nice sized screened porch into the kitchen-living room. There are two bedrooms on this level -- one with a queen and one with a bunk bed (two twins). A full bathroom is off the hallway. Upstairs is an attractive loft with futon, the master bedroom with a queen, and a full bathroom.
Many hours will be spent downstairs in the recreation area where there`s a nice game table, TV and an oversized Jacuzzi just outside the recreation room door. The fourth bedroom has a full sized bed. There`s a full bathroom and a laundry room.
