Poconos Contemporary 1705 is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in the Hideout gated community with a private pond in the back of the house. Relax in the sun, go fishing from your backyard, play some pool or ping pong in the lower level recreation room. So many things to do … so little time!
The main level of the house has a magnificent living room with a large stone fireplace. Two couches are strategically placed so people can enjoy both the fireplace and the TV. There`s internet access and a stereo along the front of the room. Across the back of the house there are two large dining tables to accommodate larger groups. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining areas making cooking and serving easy to handle. The bedroom on the main level has a queen-sized bed. The full bathroom off of the front hall is easily accessible.
The upper level of the home has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom/shower. The first bedroom has a bunk bed (two twins) and a daybed also equal to two twins. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (two twins).
The lower level of the home has a large recreational area with a pool table, ping pong table, games, and even toys. There is a bedroom with a full-sized bed, a bathroom and utility room with a washer/dryer on this level.
