Home 1742 is a charming lakefront nestled among gorgeous trees overlooking Roamingwood Lake in the Hideout resort community. You`ll enjoy a private dock, a rowboat and great fishing. The grassy yard between the home and the lakefront is perfect for a game of Frisbee or badminton. An extra feature of this lovely home is the two-person sauna, making your stay in the Poconos extremely relaxing. The home is walking distance to the community`s marina and park.
You`ll enter the home into a nice sized kitchen with a table that seats four. The kitchen is open to the living room which has a wood-burning fireplace and large windows across the front and side -- revealing beautiful views of the lake. You`ll go out the kitchen door into an airy sun room with windows on three sides of the room and a long table that easily seats eight. The grill is conveniently located on the deck just outside the sun room.
On the main level are two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, the other with two twins. Off the hallway there`s a nice sized bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The lower level features a comfortable den with a computer/internet, a television and futon providing extra sleeping. Off the den is the third bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom on the lower level has a standup shower and a separate two-person sauna which brings many return renters. The screened in porch - which you can enter through the den and the bedroom - has a ping pong table.
