The open floor plan -- with the living room, dining and kitchen connected -- provide a wonderful area for family and friends to gather. There`s a plush sectional sofa in the living room. It`s a pleasure to cook in the upscale kitchen. Just outside the dining area is a comfortable screened in porch with a table and plenty of seating -- a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea. The BBQ grill is conveniently located just outside the porch on the deck. The fire pit on the ground is a nice way to end your day.
There are four flat screen TVs -- a large TV in the living room, downstairs recreation area and two of the bedrooms. The recreation area in the lower level has two couches and a chair providing plenty of seating. There`s a quality pool table on this level where you can enjoy beautiful views while you play a challenging game with your friends.
The home has four bedrooms. The master bedroom located on the second floor has a queen sized bed and bathroom suite with a jetted tub. The two bedrooms on the main floor each have a bunk bed (with a twin mattress on the top and full on the bottom) and a TV. The bedroom just added on the lower level has a queen-sized bed and large flat screened TV.
