This chalet is located in a private community. Features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room with vaulted ceiling, family room, dining area, large deck in back, barbecue grill, gas fireplace, 5 ceiling fans, 3 televisions, cable box in family room and a BLU-RAY player.

   Big Bass Lake is a gated community in the heart of the Poconos. Amenities include: beaches, fishing, outdoor and in door pools, tennis and basketball courts.

   There`s plenty of activities within a half hours drive. shopping outlets in Tannersville, Pocono Raceway, camel beach water park, ski resorts Camelback, Jack Frost, Big Boulder, and if you feel lucky there`s always the casinos.

  Rentals are a 2 night minimum. Scheduling can be flexible during non summer months. Weekly rentals during Summer is Saturday to Saturday. check in time 3:00 pm and check out time 11:00 am.

  Rental includes:pots, pans, dishes, bake ware, cooking and eating utensils, most cleaning detergents and paper products. All you need is sheets, towels and personal items.

Sleeps 6 people, 8 people allowed.

   To use the amenities. badges are required for ages 6 and up. $8 a day $40 week per person. badges are acquired through the community.

   $200.00 security deposit required. From 12/21/2013 to 01/05/2014 email for rates. New years rental may require a larger security deposit.

   Must be at least 25 years of age. Photocopy of drivers license maybe required. Person signing the agreement must also be present during rental.
