Security Deposit required - $250.00. Arrowhead Lakes Community rates for Renter: Gate pass - $25.00 per vehicle per length of rental period (year round) Amenity Badges - $7.50 per person per day or $25.00 per person per week for person 7 and over.
Amenity badges are required Memorial Day - Labor Day. These fees are not negotiable and paid directly to Arrowhead Lakes Community Association. Gate passes and amenity badges must be returned to Welcome Center at the end of the stay. If not returned, fees will be deducted from security deposit.
Renter Must be 25 years of age or older. Proof of age required - US Drivers License, No Exceptions
