This kid friendly home features cathedral ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, and a spacious kitchen with an island and a breakfast area (seats 6-8), opening up to a spacious family room. The main floor has a huge dining/great room, 1 bedroom, a bath with shower stall, kitchen, and laundry facilities. The dining/great room seats 12 easily and has large windows spanning two sides of the house, providing lots of light. The upper level has 4 bedrooms, an additional two baths (one with a tub and the other with a shower stall). The front and back decks (which span the full back of the house) provide a place to sit, relax, and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. This home is within walking distance of the lake, beach, and playground.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Arrowhead Lakes is a gated, private community with many year round activities for all age groups. It has 2 lakes with 4 beaches, 3 swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, clubhouse, fishing, boat rental, picnic areas, and organized activities (crafts, bingo, movies, dances, fairs, theme parties, game room, billiards, etc).

It is 15 minutes from Jack Frost Ski Area/Paintball/ATV TRAXX, Big Boulder, and Pocono Raceway; 20 minutes from Mt. Airy Casino; 30 minute drive from the famous Tannersville Outlets and Camelback Ski Area/Water Park. Restaurants, night clubs, golf courses, snow mobiles, horseback riding, bowling, miniature golf & driving range, batting cages, and go-carts are just minutes away.

No smoking - No pets allowed - Must be 25 years or older to rent. Proof of age required. Gate Pass: $35.00 per vehicle for the length of your stay ($10.00 each refunded when cards are returned; license & registration required). Arrowhead Lake has security patrols 24 hours a day. Badges for use of Arrowhead Lake community amenities cost $7.50/day or $25/week for each individual. Amenity wristbands are only required from Memorial Day through Labor Day. These fees are not negotiable and must be paid to Arrowhead Lake Community Association 5 days in advance of your stay.

Cancellation Policy: If the cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to the Check-In date the tenant will be refunded the rental deposit as well as the security deposit less a $75.00 administration fee to process cancellation. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to check-in date, all monies paid by tenant will be forfeited if the Rental Property is not re-rented by the Check-in Date. Owner will make all reasonable efforts to re-rent the Rental property by the Check-In Date.
