This raised chalet is located in the gated community of Arrowhead Lakes in Pocono Lake, PA, within 15-30 minutes of 3 major PA ski resorts, shopping outlets, golfing, casinos, wineries, canoeing/kayaking (both lake and river), Pocono Raceway and other attractions. The community encompasses two lakes stocked for fishing, 4 beaches with boating docks, 3 heated outdoor pools, 7 tennis courts and a basketball court (all lighted at night), playgrounds, a clubhouse and planned activities for kids and adults. This home located on a quiet cul-de-sac features a full kitchen,2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, living room with a gas fireplace, family room with a queen sleeper sofa with mattress topper, a futon in the loft and a 2nd level deck equipped with furniture and a gas grill. Kids love the 3rd bedroom with the double bunk beds. Wireless Internet available. Cable TV in each room of the house including bedrooms. Ceiling fans. Pool table with tabletop ping pong. Get away from it all! Enjoy your morning beverage on the front deck while planning your activities for the day. This is a four seasons community. Skiing close by in the winter and a sledding hill in the community for the kids. The summer is a busy time between fishing, carnivals, and antiquing just to mention a few. The fall foliage is absolutely gorgeous and spring is just as beautiful with many activities -Blues Festival, NASCAR etc. Amenities badges are needed Memorial Day thru Labor Day.($8.00 per day or $30.00 per week over 7 yrs of age) Fees paid to community and are not negotiable. Gate pass is $25.00 per vehicle for the length of your stay. Renter must be 25 years old or older, verification may be required.

Summer 2013: 5/25/13 - 9/7/13 - Week $1,000 (Saturday to Saturday)

Gate Pass: $25 per car (required to get into community -must be returned to Welcome Center at end of stay)
