Overlooking the Brodhead Creek, guests may take advantage of deeded fishing rights to a nationally known trout stream. The entire 13 mile stretch of the Brodhead`s fishing rights above and below Forevergreen Cottage have been substantially controlled by fishing clubs since the turn of the century. The home enjoys a southern exposure at the base of a mountain and is bordered front and rear by 485 undeveloped wooded acres. The cottage has an Arts & Crafts Adirondack feel about it, with its ceiling to floor windows and custom wood working details. The exterior board and batten siding was logged and milled on the property.
The property is fully furnished and includes all kitchen appliances such as side by side refrigerator, dish washer, oven and microwave. Guests wishing to cook and entertain in the home will find a full complement of small appliances & amenities such as:

The great room contains the dining room, living room and sun room/work out area all of which overlooks the creek through ceiling to floor windows. There is a study and one guest bedroom on the 1st floor along with the guest bath & jetted tub. The second floor is dedicated entirely to the 24` X 24’ master suite which has vaulted knotty pine ceilings and large master bath.
Relax in the outdoor hot tub after a workout on our Commercial Gym, a day on the stream, slopes, golf courses or antique shopping.
