House features 3 bedrooms plus loft and 1 full bath to accommodate 8 people. First level has 2 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins), second floor has loft (2 twins or can be made as 1 queen) and master bedroom (1 queen). Cathedral ceilings throughout family room, kitchen, loft and master bedroom. Inside features include: woodstove, kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot), 32” TV, DVD player, Cable/Internet Access, CD player, Oil heat, Washer/Dryer, ceiling fans and Jacuzzi tub for 2 in master bedroom. Inside décor includes log walls, cathedral ceiling, hardwood floors, antler chandelier, and many country accents. Many games and books are available for your family during your stay. Home also has iron, ironing board, hair dryer, extras in the kitchen as well as extra blankets and pillows. Outside features include: covered front porch with log furniture, back patio with Jenn-Air gas grill and outdoor dining furniture, and driveway parking. Enjoy viewing wildlife such as turkeys, squirrels, chipmunks and deer while sitting in a rocker on the front porch.
The Pocono area is a wonderful place to visit during all four seasons. Springtime offers many lakes and streams to catch freshwater fish such as trout while hiking through the mountain trails offered in local State Parks. Summertime is a great time to go swimming in lakes, take a hike, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, kayaking, visit Camelbeach waterpark, go four-wheeling, play skirmish or just star gaze at night. Winter is the season that you have your pick of the many local ski resorts (Jack Frost/Big Boulder, Camelback or Blue Mountain). Take a horse drawn sleigh ride through a snowy mountain trail or enjoy the indoor waterpark H2O. Local snowtubing, ice skating, ice fishing, cross-country skiing and hunting are among the many outdoor activities. This log cabin backs up to Pennsylvania’s State Gamelands and is perfect for hiking or hunting.
Indian Mountain Lake Community offers many amenities. Some of the amenities are: tennis courts, swimming pools, playground, basketball court, 5 fishing lakes, 3 swimming lakes with lifeguards, lakes with picnic areas, beaches and kayak or canoe launching areas. This community is located close to ski resorts, whitewater rafting, Pocono Raceway (Nascar), The Crossings outlet shopping, candle / gift shoppes, horseback riding, antiques.
