The house is in the Pocono Mountains, located in Tobyhanna, twenty minutes north of Camelback ski area. A clean and well-maintained, contemporary furnished house situated on a wooded corner lot on a quiet tree lined street. The house comes with 2 decks (1 w/ BBQ), basketball court, parking for 3 cars, a spacious living room with a fireplace/wood stove and cable TV, an eat-in kitchen (brand new electric stove, microwave, & new refrigerator), a beautiful sun room w/ futon. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, two dressers & a small TV. BR #2 has two twin size beds & #3 has full size day bed. All the rooms have closets w/ plenty of storage. The home has 1 full bathroom and a utility room with washer/dryer. It is a year-round home with electric heat. No smoking is allowed but pets are.
3 night stay minimum mid-week. 2 night minimum weekend. It is in a secured gated community with two lakes, two pools, tennis and basketball courts, two clubhouses with entertainment; Bingo, dancing, exercise room, breakfast, & movies. There is a beach, marina; paddleboats, rowboats and canoes, also stocked lake for fishing. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Airy Lodge Casino, Caesar `s, Pocono Brewing Co. and Bailey `s close by. The Crossings outlets and American Candle offer some of the Pocono `s best shopping experiences. Camelback is nearby for skiing, tubing and snowboarding. You will find all of those famous ski slopes in all four directions.They have an exciting water park in the summer (Great Wolf). Tobyhanna State Park is close by and offers fishing, boating, and picnicking. New outlet stores nearby for great shopping (The Crossings). Great restaurants, horseback riding, and snowmobiles nearby.
