Upper level features full kitchen, dining room, living room, pool table, master bedroom w/queen bed, master bath, another full bath, guest bedroom, large sun room that overlooks lake. All this and only 6 houses away from club house, community pool and community beach.. (Close enough to be convenient but far enough to be quiet)
