Arrowhead Lakes is a gated community encompassing two lakes, 3 heated outdoor pools, 4 beaches, a clubhouse and community events. (See events calendar at http://www.arrowheadca.org/calendar.asp). It is just 2-1/2 hours from Manhattan and 2 hours from Philadelphia -- easily accessible from Rtes. 80, 476 & 33.

Additional Fees: $200 refundable deposit ($300 required for monthly+ rentals); cleaning fee $50 for 2 nights, $75 for 3+ nights; $100 for monthly rentals. Signed rental contract and copy of driver`s license or passport required for all rentals.

HOLIDAYS/SPECIAL EVENTS: Christmas/New Years (3-night min.): $425; $675/wk. Thanksgiving (Thurs-Sun): $425; $625/wk. Pocono 500 Nascar and Wine Festival: $300/wknd, $625/week.
