Our slopeside townhouse at The Village at Camelback is a great 4 season rental - Fall Foliage, Winter Skiing/Snowboarding, Camelbeach Waterpark. Try your luck at the new Mt. Airy Casino. There`s plenty to do and just 5 minutes from Crossings Premium Outlets. We`re located in the ONLY resort slope side and less than 100 yards to the lighted slopes at Camelback Ski Resort. Ski in/Ski out all day long! Our home is tastefully decorated to meet all of your getaway needs. Great unit for families!
This three-story, cozy townhouse featuring three bedrooms -Upstairs loft with queen bed and full bathroom. Below the main level are 2 bedrooms (one with 2 twin beds and bunk bed)and the 2nd has queen bed. Both have TV/VCR. Washer/dryer and full bathroom also on this level. We also can provide you with a portacrib/playpen (almost new) if needed. Two bathrooms makes it easy for large groups to get ready for their day of fun. Large living room with open layout, large couch with sofabed, TV/VCR/DVD and fireplace. Updated kitchen with new appliances, large dining table, secluded rear deck with table, chairs and front deck with ski/bike storage shed. We even supply paper products and detergent! You supply your refills, consumables & Firewood. Children`s games/toys/videos in unit for your enjoyment. Internet Access too!
The gated community Clubhouse has an indoor pool, jacuzzi, saunas, tennis courts (indoor and outdoor), indoor basketball and weight room.
MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RESERVE THIS UNIT, SIGN LEASE AGREEMENT and YOU MUST BE RESIDING IN THE HOME DURING THE PERIOD OF THE LEASE. We do NOT rent to groups under the age of 25. At least one guest must be 25 years of age and be residing on premises during the rental period.

-7 night non-holiday (Fri-Fri) $1800
-midweek rentals $250/night (2 night minimum stay)

Spring Season 2013 March 1 up to Memorial Day weekend:
-2 night stay weekend $450.

-midweek rentals $175/night (2 night minimum stay)
June/July Summer 2012:
-2 night non-holiday weekend $650.
-3 night non-holiday weekend $750.
-7 night non-holiday (Fri-Fri) $1200.
-midweek rentals $200/night (2 night minimum stay)
August Summer 2012
-2 night non-holiday weekend $700.
-3 night non-holiday weekend $850.
