This beautiful, private, single family home in a 200 acre lake community has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a loft, and a finished basement.
The newly remodeled basement has great furniture, a game room, a full bathroom, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. It has a pool table along with a TV with cable/stereo/DVD entertainment center. Also down here is an exterior door that leads to interior closets for ski and snow storage. No worrying about ski equipment cluttering up your space - it all tucks away nicely downstairs.
Upstairs, check out the beautiful sun room (Florida room) with a large dining room table that seats 8. This room leads out to a large deck that overlooks a wooded lot. On the deck is a gas grill and lots of seating.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to make great meals. There is additional seating here as well. This table also makes a great game/card table for evening entertainment.
The living room has a 42" HDTV with cable, cathedral ceilings, wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors and an open and airy feeling. This is truly a comfortable, homey place where you can relax and forget about the real world.
There are ceiling fans throughout the house and air conditioning in the summer. This house is perfect for one large family or two families to enjoy!
In the loft, watch TV, play Playstation 2 or Nintendo Game Cube, or watch a movie.(Internet available - wireless connection.) We also have a queen futon for additional sleepers up here.
We have 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bunk bed room with 2 twin over full beds.

We are minutes from Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski resorts. The development has a lake for swimming and fishing in the summer months. They also have a community pool and game room that are lots of fun!
We are minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, state parks, horseback riding, tubing, water parks (both indoor and outdoor), outlet shopping, paintball and white water rafting.
