Fantastic Winter View of Camelback Ski Slopes. We are just 2 minutes away from Camelback Ski Resort / Camelbeach Water Park. Our townhouse is situated in the Four Seasons at Camelback NorthRidge Station development.
When you come inside you have the relaxing and airy Family Room, with cathedral ceilings. Many changes made to our just 5 year old townhouse. Our 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath Townhouse has 3 decks overlooking the ski slopes. Our townhouse sleeps 12 comfortably.
Upstairs, the Master Bedroom has a King sized bed with an entrance to the bathroom. Also, there is a sliding glass door opening onto a private deck, overlooking the slopes. Also, upstairs, is the Second Bedroom with two twin beds.
On the main floor, there is a 3rd Bedroom with a Queen Sized Bed. The Family Room has new furniture, with a Queen Sleeper sofa bed and a loveseat. Our dining room seats 8 people. The kitchen is a fully stocked with everything you can imagine in it, even a pantry closet! Again, a sliding glass door off the dining room going onto the oversized 2nd floor deck, overlooking the slopes. There is the 2nd full sized bathroom (one upstairs).
In the basement, there is the 4th Bedroom with a Queens Sized bed. The third bathroom is full sized with a full sized washer and dryer. In the downstairs family room there are two loveseats and another Queen sized sofa bed! There is the 3rd sliding glass door going onto the oversized basement floor deck. Big windows looking out to the spectacular view.
First time renting since we bought our house in the summer of 2005. One of the newest townhouses in Four Seasons at Camelback (AKA NorthRidge Station ). Just 5 minutes away are 100 stores in the Crossings Premium Outlet. 9 miles away is the brand new Mount Airy Casino! And much more.
