Cleaning Fee

The fee is 150 and is optional. We allow you to clean the home yourself and do the laundry. However, if it is not left exactly the way you found it, you will be charged the full fee to ensure the cleanliness required for our future customers.

Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits are $500.They are fully refundable as long as there is no damage, theft, or breach of contract.
Once you have booked your vacation the deposit and rental fee acts as a guarantee of payment. Cancellation at any time after booking will result in loss of the deposit. If rental fee is paid in full, deposit will be returned. No exceptions.

The home backs up to 50,000 acres of state game lands.
There is one house right next door, which is owned by us as well (inquire about very large party packages for both houses). Also, one small house around the corner. Other than that, you can party as loud as you want and not be bothered.
