Please No Smoking (indoors, an enclosed porch is provided), No Pets (without
prior arangement)
Absolutely no Fireworks or Firearms
Bring you`re own towels, bed linens provided
$500 refundable security deposit to book
Guest signing the contract must be at least 21 years old
Trash and re-cyclables removed to the transfer station (pass provided)
Wash and dry laundry $45 , $0 if you do it
Cleaning, $135 minimum. $ 0 if you do it
Please leave the house as you found it, save $$, keep costs to a minimum.
If you choose NOT to clean (it is vacation)! A discounted
pre paid $175 cleaning fee will get you off the hook!
What is Covered :
Vacuuming, Laundry (bed linens), Moping, General cleanup, Bathrooms
What is NOT covered :
Trash removal ($5 per bag if left for any reason), Excessive mess (i.e.
dishes and utensils piled in the kitchen), spills on the flooring requiring
steam cleaning.
Payment options are Cash, PayPal, or Checks
Weekend rates are based on a Friday at 4PM - Sunday at Noon
(These times are flexible if arranged in advance)
Any cancellations subject to partial or full loss of deposit dependent on lead
time. Full refund if the dates can be re-booked.
