A beautiful 3 bedroom Chalet located on one of the most scenic spots in Arrowhead Lakes. At the end of a cul-du-sac, this Chalet towers over scenic Trout Creek that feeds the lakes. The view is spectacular and secluded. The creek runs just feet from the spacious front deck. Sit under the towering pines and watch the creek go by. Across the creek are unobstructed views of protected and undeveloped land where you can watch the deer and other wildlife come to the creek to drink.
The Lodge has just undergone a complete, total interior renovation including a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new paint, new carpeting and floors and all new furnishings.
Open the doors and windows and listen to the cascading water as it rushes over the rocks and lulls you to sleep. Or take advantage of all Arrowhead has to offer. The house is located near the Island Pool and recreational facility where you can fish, boat, play volley ball, swim or picnic.
The Chalet has two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen and the other with bunks. The bottom bunk is a futon style couch by day and a double size bed by night. Upstairs in the master suite is a queen and a full bath. The full feature kitchen has everything you need and there is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

An added feature of this lovely home is the warm and inviting day room on the first floor. Light and airy, this room is the place to sit while reading or relaxing during the day. Conveniently located just minutes from Jack Frost, Big Boulder and Camelback ski areas. Also Pocono raceway, The Crossings factory outlets and much more. We are just 13 miles from the new Mt. Airy Lodge casino and hotel.
Community Fees:
Arrowhead Lake requires renters (over the age of 6) to purchase amenity badges from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend ONLY (Summer Season). Weekly badges are $25.00 per person and daily badges are $7.50 per person per day. Renters must purchase a gate pass for $25.00 per vehicle in order to access the community.

Rental Rules:
Linen service is available for an additional charge or you must supply your own linens and towels.
We require a $250 refundable security deposit, which we`ll return within 2 weeks of your leave.
This is a NON SMOKING, NO PETS house.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
There is a $85.00 cleaning fee.
