We have 2 Queen size beds and 2 bunks ,full over twins.
This is a great vacation home for a responsible family who will take good care of our home.

Weekly rates are $900
Additional for Holidays
All rentals require a $300 security deposit and a $75 cleaning fee.

Arrowhead fees:
$25 gate pass per car.
Amenity badges $7.50 per day per person over 6 years old.
Weekly rates are $25 per person per week.
All fees are collected prior to arrival.
Arrowhead is a gated community that includes two lakes, five beaches, and three pools. The community has many other activities such as fishing, boating, basketball, tennis, and so on.
Arrowhead is located only minutes form Camelback, Big Bolder and Jack Frost mountains.
