Winter is for skiing, snowmobiling, and wonderful walks on unpaved roads.
Summer is for fun at one of our 3 pools, 2 lakes (5 beaches) and tennis courts. Community activities are planned, but if they don’t suit your needs, there is much to offer within a short driving distance.
The front door opens into our Great Room with a beamed cathedral ceiling and gas fireplace. A dining area and kitchen (with everything you might need!) adjoins this room so you don’t miss out on anything going on!
A sliding glass door takes you to a raised deck with gas grill for your barbecue needs, lounge chairs, hammock and a 5 person HOT TUB for your relaxation.
This location is extremely quiet! The master bedroom has a king bed and full bath. Two other bedrooms (queen, dbl), laundry room and another bathroom make up the remainder of the house.
Wireless High Speed Access for your laptop! Linens are Provided (but you need to wash/dry prior to your departure - We provide the detergent!)
Pets ARE considered! We charge a $25 Pet Fee and increse the security deposit to $250.
Rates
Fall: 9/5/12 - 11/30/12 Week $700 Weekend $500 (good for 2,3 OR 4 nights)
Winter: 12/1/12 - 3/17/13 Week: $850 Weekend $550 (good for 2,3 OR 4 nights)
Spring: 3/18/13 - 5/4/13 Week $700 Weekend $500 (good for 2,3 OR 4 nights)
Summer: 5/25/13 - 9/9/13 Week $800 - NO Weekends during summer period
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
Security Deposit: $200 (Increased to $250 with Pets)

Cleaning Fee: $75
Gate Pass: $25
Summer Amenity Badge(Arrowhead Requirement): $30 per week/ $8.00 per day
