Spacious, year-round mountain vacation home located in Towamensing Trails. This charming home has three bedrooms, two baths, a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area, a loft with TV, DVD & VCR, and a living room that features a vaulted ceiling, TV, Blu-Ray dvd, Stereo, Pellet Stove and a magnificent view of the wooded back yard and a walk out unfinished basement. Bedroom #1 (11x22) has a queen size bed, a double size futon, and a TV, bedroom #2 (16x10) has a queen bed, bedroom #3 (16x10) has two twin beds, there is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a daybed in the loft. Outside, enjoy the privacy of the main level deck that faces the wooded back yard and gives an up-close view of the friendly Pocono White Tail Deer, Turkey and other wildlife that make their home in the yard.
The home is a short distance to the 190-acre lake, beach, pool, clubhouse and marina. There is an outdoor community pool along with a kiddie pool, basketball and tennis courts and a playground. Boat Rental is available at the lake. The clubhouse has a restaurant and a bar (the bar requires an inexpensive annual membership for alcoholic beverage purchase) and a game room that has video games, air hockey, and a pool table. The marina also has a fishing pier.
It is just a short ride to many of the major Pocono area attractions, such as Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Blue Mountain and Camelback Ski Mountains, Penn`s Peak Entertainment venue, Pocono Raceway, Hickory Run State Park, historical Jim Thorpe area, shopping at The Crossings outlet mall, Paintball, Horseback Riding, Whitewater Rafting, Mountain Biking, PA State Gamelands, Camelbeach water park, CBK Mountain Adventures, H2OOOOH Indoor water Park at Split Rock. Nearby golf courses include Hideaway Hills, Jack Frost National and Split Rock.

Amenities: Cable TV (3), DVD(2), Stereo, Pellet Stove (pellet fuel provided), Full Kitchen, Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, (Cooking utensils and Dinnerware provided), full size washer and dryer, blankets, pillows. Outide on the deck are is a wooden picnic table/benches a propane grill and a table with 6 cushioned chairs. Wide u-shaped driveway allows for plenty of parking space.

Winter Seasonal/Monthly rental - Electric utility is the responsibility of the tenant.
