We have a spacious Deck, BBQ Grill, Outdoor Furniture, Private Hot Tub, Cable TV, High Speed Internet Access, DVD/VCR, Stereo; Attractively furnished rooms with All Bedding; Livingroom with Impressive Stone Surround Fireplace, Books, Games, Movies, Music, a lovely Wooded Setting. Complete, Modern Kitchen with all Staples and Appliances including: Microwave, Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer, Refrigerator, Stove, all other Appliances, Pots, Pans, Glassware, Utensils and Dinnerware. The house is available for rental year-round; for weekends or by the week as available (maximum two-week rental). Dog Friendly, Sleeps up to 6 (six) comfortably (Six (6) is the absolute maximum). Weekends run from Friday 3PM-Sunday 11AM. Weekly rates run from Friday-Friday, or Sunday-Sunday. Value weekly rentals run from Monday at 3PM-Friday 11AM. Holiday and Race Weekends are higher rates,when available. All occupants must be at least 25 years old to reside in the house, or be accompanied by their parent(s), (ID required). There is No Smoking inside the house. No Prom Groups.
