NEWLY BUILT 3+ bedroom vacation home has all the features you need to make your stay quiet and comfortable. We are located on 20 acres, North Hebron, NY just 3 miles from West Pawlet, VT.
MASTER BEDROOM SUITE on first floor features a king-size bed with pillowtop mattress, complete with entertainment center. The tiled master bath features double sinks, granite countertop and walk-in tiled shower. A private door brings you to the all-weather porch for early morning wildlife viewing and beautiful evening sunsets.
GUEST BEDROOMS and loft upstairs share a large Jack & Jill bath and give you plenty of comfortable, private sleeping space. Each room has large closets and comfortable chairs for reading and visiting.
BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN! You will love preparing your meals with easy-to-use Thermador appliances, dishwasher, deep double stainless sink, granite countertops, and a center island with a wine rack! Just a few steps to the dining table with seating for up to 8 people. Cooking and cleanup will be a joy!
GREAT ROOM After your meal, relax in the Great Room in front of the center fireplace, while the children play close by in the music/play area.
Clean up is easy using our central vacuum system, and there is a washer/dryer right on the first floor.
WILDLIFE AND NATURE Enjoy watching wildlife from the deck, or from the all-weather porch during the cooler season. The deck overlooks our pond, attracting birds, deer, wild turkeys and many other critters fun to watch! Beyond the pond, the view stretches over the valley to the beautiful Green Mountains. We have 20 acres to explore, including a beautiful small ravine with its own cascading falls!
FISHING, BOATING, SARATOGA RACES There are a large variety of activities for every season, all within a hour`s drive. Choose from the many ski areas nearby in Vermont and New York. There is great boating and several amusement parks in Lake George, along with many museums in this deeply historic region. For the outdoorsman, try fly-fishing on the world famous Battenkill and Mettowee Rivers! The Adirondack Park is close by for hiking, canoeing, and kayaking. And don’t forget about horse-racing at the famous Saratoga Race Track! Keep us in mind for beautiful fall foliage and wonderful maple syrup, for which this area is renown!
