Like days of old, most modern visitors come to great woods of New York (and specifically Wellnesste Lodge in Taberg, NY) to escape their busy lives and enjoy a retreat surrounded by natural splendor. Be our guest and curl up next to the fire with a comforting glass of cabernet, pipe and book… and forget the everyday stresses of modern society. Wellnesste also makes a great “base camp” for exploring regional activities.
The estate was originally constructed as a hunting camp in the rustic style of the late 1900’s and has been restored to its original charm. Knotty pine, stone fire places, meandering wooded paths and plenty of fresh air await all visitors.
