Roger’s Rock Contemporary Waterfront Home
We are proud to offer this lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath waterfront house in the exclusive area of Roger’s Rock on Lake George in Ticonderoga, NY for weekly rentals. The waterfront home offers the utmost in vacation surroundings with its private road, quiet neighborhood and relaxing atmosphere.
At the waterfront is a covered u-shaped dock that can accommodate up to three boats from its berths. There is a low bank to the lake and a sandy bottom swimming area, with easy depths that are perfect for the kids, or for just relaxing in the water. The depth at the back of the covered dock is approximately 3 feet with steps into the water. This lovely property is located in the northern area of the lake known as Heart’s Bay, just north of Roger’s Rock.
The comforts of home are evident in this 2-level waterfront contemporary style house. The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own private full bath. The library is adjacent to the master bedroom and has a wide assortment of reading materials and writing desk located here. Downstairs, there is a private 2nd bedroom with two twin size beds, and a 3rd bedroom with a new trundle set that pulls out to two more twin beds. A ¾ bath is also on the lower level with a large family room and fireplace and a color TV with cable and VCR. Each bedroom has its own closet and looks out to Lake George past the large backyard (approximately 50’ x 100’ in size) that’s great for playing or relaxing in private.
The home also includes a well-equipped kitchen (no microwave, but includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender, stove, refrigerator and oven), and a formal dining room in addition to a screened porch with lake views for dining outside in the open air. Also included are a living room, ½ bath off of the kitchen, covered parking, and a large sprawling back lawn crossing a footbridge to the dock and waterfront. An outside gas grill, and patio table and chairs are for your enjoyment and relaxation. Easy, very comfortable, private living for those who want much more than a camp or cottage for their summer’s vacation.
