Flat screen tv with hundreds of channels, air conditioning and fridge,microwave and coffee maker are our concessions to the modern world. No kitchen, but several great restaurants are within 3 minutes walk- try Sweet Sue`s for fantastic pancakes, Brios for great pizza, ans Mama`s Boy for everything in between. Skiing at Belleayre is only 15 minutes away- Hunter and Wyndham within 20 minutes. Hiking trails abound. Phoenicia is Old World Americana- a hidden gem of a town on the verge of rediscovery. Walk five minutes in any direction, and you are in the middle of unbridled wilderness. A haven for writers, artists, musicians, and outdoor enthusiast alike. 1 minute walk to the Trailways bus, direct from Port Authority.
