Home away from home. Our house provides all the comforts of home. The fully equipped kitchen has a large granite breakfast bar. We have an electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric griddle,blender,pots and pans, toaster, refrigerator freezer and dish set for 8. The living room and main floor bedroom have ceiling fans. During the warmer weather there is a window air conditioner the main floor.We provide 3 portable fans for the other rooms.During the colder weather just flick a switch and the gas wood stove will warm you up. The house has wireless internet and satellite tv ( 250 channels) . We have a land line for local calls only.There is a washer and dryer in the lower level. We provide linens at no extra charge. You do need to supply your own beach towels. No smoking and No pets. Weekly rates range from $900 to 1,500. We also rent for 3 days or more.
