Location, location, location! For rent is the most charming three(3) room studio with enclosed glass and screen porch, that looks out on to the Main track and Clubhouse! In the morning you can sit at the breakfast table, and watch the horses walk by on their way to morning workouts! Later in the day if you don`t feel like being at the track, sit on the porch and watch them load into the starting gate without moving! At night enjoy the beautiful view of the track all lit-up!! You want nightlife or dinner, walk outside and turn right, and your at the famous ` Horseshoe Bar & Grill ` where you can relax or dance the night away.. Go out onto Nelson Avenue and walk less than a mile to the ` Racino ` if you like, or go left and walk just over a mile to the heart of Downtown on Broadway! Of course you can drive if you like, as you`ll have your own private parking spot, just be careful.. There is brand new 1-2 adult day bed, that is very comfortable, with linens included or sleep on an air-mattress! One full bathroom and shower, full kitchen, large fridge, microwave, plates , glasses, everything you might need and a electric grill on the porch! There`s a brand-new quiet air-conditioner if needed, as well as cable TV with Dvr recorder, and high-speed wireless internet and printer as well.. Unit is available for Travers week starting Monday 8/23 thru Monday night 8/30, that`s eight(8) nights, check-out on Tuesday 8/31 by noon! Payment in full must be returned with rental agreement according to instructions given.. Hurry won`t last, a great deal for eight(8) nights at the best location iin town!
