This is the perfect house for a summer rental. There is a pool in the large backyard with a diving board. Plenty of space in the back to BBQ or play fun outdoor games. There is also a basketball hoop in the driveway. Quiet and private. Garage to store a car. There is a large finished basement that has a pool table and air hockey table for nights you want to lay low and stay in. Towns of Rhinebeck and Red Hook both minutes away. Both are filled with plenty of great restaurants,bars, and small shops. There is a movie theater down the road as well as a bowling alley. Two large supermarkets right down the road and two ice cream shops as well. Catskill, Kingston, and Poughkeepsie are all short drives away. The Historic Rhinebeck Aerodrome is minutes down the road. If you stay during the end of August you will be minutes from the Dutchess County fair. Tivoli and Rhinecliffe are both great places to sit by the Hudson river and relax or fish. You can rent kayaks and boats in Kingston which is only 15min away. There are two full bathrooms upstairs (one is in the main bedroom) and a half bathroom downstairs. There is a kitchen which connects to the mud room which contains the large washer and dryer. There is also a nice sun room in the back that leads out to the backyard where you can sit and relax. The living room has comfy couches and there is a smaller room attached. Plenty of room in this nice house.
