On a very quiet country road just outside the Town of Andes, in a secluded small plot of land with a garden. The house has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, TV/Great room, basement. Bedrooms are all upstairs with a full bath, and downstairs another toilet with shower.
5 mins to the Pepacton Reservoir, you can rent a boat at Downsville and go fishing. Nearest grocery shopping place is in the town of Delhi, about 15mins drive. Town of Delhi has Price Chopper, Ace hardware, a Japanese restaurant, a few cafes and restaurants, and a golf course.
In the other direction is the town of Andes, on route 28. Andes has a bar/restaurant at the Andes Hotel, arts gallery, antiques shops and a few cafes.
The house is fully furnished and available year-round. It is suitable for those who enjoy the quiet country life.
Max. 5 people, no pets, no smoking.
Rates: $225 per night (2 nights minimum) plus tax.
