This wonderful home sits right on the Hudson River in Lake Luzerne. Enjoy your own little part of the Hudson. Home boasts beautiful views, a new deck over looking Hudson, a dock, cable TV, BBQ grill & washer & dryer. It is fully equipped w/towels & linens, pots, pans,etc. The area has many activities and attractions nearby as well as many fine restaurants. Saratoga Springs, Lake George & Glens Falls are all approx 20 minutes away. Enjoy the excitement of Saratoga for the annual August Thoroughbred Races or try your luck at the Casino. Lake George offers family style fun, shopping outlet, horseback riding, fishing, rodeos,water slides, boat cruises and much more. Ride the roller coasters with the kids at The Great Escape or if you`re up to it, white water rafting.
If relaxing is what you are looking for, you can have that too while fishing off the dock! We ask that while at our home you respect our neighbors and please, no loud parties! We ask for 1/2 down upon booking, the other 1/2 to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. There is a $75 cleaning fee (all you have to do is bag up garbage and set outside door. There is a refundable (if no issues)security deposit of $350 upon arrival. We can take a separate check for the deposit and will return it voided if everything is in order.
Dogs may be considered with a little higher deposit.
