I have a house for rent on Lake Otsego, about 3 miles from the Hall of Fame. The weekly rate is $2,295 in the summer and $1,200/wk off-season. Weekends off-season are $600. This is a luxury accommodation. We currently have a special discount for any June reservations and are offering weekly rentals at a 20% discount.
It is a very large house with 11 rooms. 3 Bedrooms, two of which have double beds and one has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has its own TV (cable). A sitting room also has a double bed size futon, and it also has a TV and VCR. A/C units are in each bedroom as well as ceiling fans.
A large kitchen with a center island and a separate dining area provides the ability to save on restaurant expenses by eating in. A game room overlooks the lake with a stunning view. The large family room has a 60" Plasma TV with digital cable and DVD player, and gas fireplace. A large room off the foyer provides a desk and sitting room with a view of the majority of our 2.6 acre lot where we often are visited by deer, fox, and other wildlife. A ceiling fan is in each room. There are two full baths and a washer and dryer. A large deck overlooks the lake and a gas grill is available for barbecues. Large shade trees and the breeze off the lake keep the house comfortable.
We have 218 feet of waterfront property and a new dock. A canoe and two kayaks are available for your use (including life jackets). The water is excellent for swimming (some parts of the lake have a lot of weeds, but my waterfront is clear). There are also rental facilities at the Lake if you want to rent a boat.
A large parking area provides you with the ease of pulling in and out without moving cars, and makes it easy to load and unload.
For the most part, the house was completely renovated . No expense was spared so the house is in immaculate condition. We require a $500 deposit. Not allowed: Smoking, Team Parties, and Pets.
