Meticulously renovated 3 story farmhouse has comfortable contemporary decor, perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and even working...if you must. The kitchen is spacious with slate floor, granite countertops and stainless appliances, but maintains a country kitchen feel, while the beautiful oval dining table will clearly be the setting for many a late night gathering.
There are plenty of comfortable seating areas in the house, with tasteful white slipcovered chairs and dark wood furnishings. Even the second floor has its own bright living area/den. There are two bedrooms on that floor including the massive 400 sq ft master, with wall of built-in closets and drawers. Up to the third floor converted attic where a long white room with queen bed sits up in the eaves. There is also an alcove up there, with a fourth queen bed, but there is no door separating the alcove, nor is there a door on the third floor bathroom (there is a partition wall), so this space is better suited to family members or really good friends!
The second and third floors have wonderful new white bathrooms, one with a clawfoot tub (and separate tiled shower). The house gets cable TV (there is more than one in the house) and has internet access if you choose to bring your computer. There is a gas grill, washer and dryer.
