Please find accommodation descriptions and pricing below for the Kingtown Beach Lakehouse, 6 Cottages and 2 New 24’ Yurts.
We have a large 3-4 bedroom Lake house that can sleep up to 18 and Six adorable lakeside cottages and 2 really neat Yurts all sitting on 400 feet of Cayuga Lake Front.
We are located in the heart of the Fingerlakes and Seneca Wine Trails.
There are 4 beautiful state parks within 12 miles of Kingtown Beach.
We give a 5% discount for multiple renting, ask about our family reunion discount.
Kingtown Beach is located at 9305 Kingtown Beach Rd, Trumansburg, NY, 14886.
Kingtown Beach is located 11.5 miles north of Ithaca off of RT 89 in the town of Trumansburg, NY 14886
The sweet town of Trumansburg offers 2 large grocery stores, 3 pizza parlors, a great Chinese food restaurant and 9 restaurants/bars most with live music. There are also 2 laundry mats, 2 movie rental stores, 2 pharmacies’, a hospital 8 miles away and more.
Check in is 4:30 PM, check out is 10AM. If the house or cottages were not used the prior night, call for earlier check-in availability.
Kingtown Beach Lake House:
$2500 per week for 12 people or $650 per night with a 3 night minimum in the summer, we have a 2 night minimum in the fall and spring.
The House is typically rented from Saturday to Saturday. One electric boat hoist comes with house.
Parties can be had while renting the lake house, but you must let us know in advance. As our septic system is only so big, you must rent a Port-a-John, they can be delivered right down to the lake front. Please call to discuss.
We expect the Lake House, Cottages & Yurts to be left as clean and neat as found, except for towels and sheets, which we take care of.*
Lake House:
Has linens, towels, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, Satellite TV, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Full Kitchen, outside BBQ and fire pit.
Paper products are provided for your arrival, you must buy/bring TPaper, Paper towels, Aluminum foil, firewood, etc., for your own use.
Towels and linens are supplied in abundance at your arrival; you must wash what you use ONLY if you need to during your stay. Our cleaning crew washes all the towels and linens after your departure.
We have a washer and dryer in the lake house.
Upstairs: Open floor plan, kitchen, dining room seats 8, living room, sliding glass doors and large deck overlooking Cayuga Lake.

Cottage Info:
Guests interested in renting the Lake House and Cottages, Cottages are approximately 250 feet from Lake House.
As we have a limited Septic system, our hot water heaters in the cottages are 10 gallons, you may have to take a quick shower if everyone decides to take a shower one after the other.
Cottages are all newly decorated.
They have linens, towels, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, Satellite TV, Covered front porch, with picnic table and sitting area, BBQ/Fire pit.

Cottage #5
$1000 per week $275 per night with a 3 night minimum.
Cottage #5 is up a little hill behind the other cottages with GREAT views. It is the largest of the cottages. It has 2 bedrooms a full living room, kitchen, bath and very large front porch. It has all linens and utensils, gas stovetop, half fridge, microwave, coffee pot, satellite TV and Air-conditioning.
Pricing: $1000 per week $275 per night with a 3 night minimum in the Summer Season, we have discounted pricing and 2 night minimum in the Fall and Spring.
Cottage #6
Cottage #6 up a little hill across from cottage #5. It has a very nice view of the lake and very private.
It has 2 bedrooms, each with a full sized bed a full living room, with pull out couch, kitchen, bath and very large front porch. It will have all linens and utensils, gas stovetop, half fridge, microwave, coffee pot, satellite TV and Air-conditioning.
Pricing: $1000 per week $275 per night with a 3 night minimum in the Summer Season, we have discounted pricing and 2 night minimum in the Fall and Spring.
Yurts:
We have 2 New Yurts. They have fully stocked kitchens, baths, living room with fold down Futon couch, 2 bedrooms, air conditioning Satellite TV, covered porches, fire/BBQ pit, picnic table and they are BEAUTIFUL!
They are both $1000 per week or $275 per night with a 3 night minimum.
Refund Policy: After we have received a 50% deposit for your rental reservation and if you let us know that you will not be able to make the reservation in enough time to re-rent we will refund all but 10%. If we can not re-rent the same we will keep the 50% deposit.
Pet Policy: We welcome pets. We have a $50 per pet charge required with the deposit. Pets MUST NEVER BE LEFT ALONE. Dogs must always be leashed and picked up after.
Kingtown Beach Refund and Damage Policy: After we have received a 50% deposit for your rental reservation and if you let us know that you will not be able to make the reservation in enough time to re-rent we will refund all but 10% of your deposit. If we can not re-rent the same we will keep the 50% deposit.
