You`ll be near fishing, hunting, skiing, snowmobiling, minor league baseball, hockey and all that New York State`s capital, Albany, has to offer. A beautiful 3 bedroom Cape midway between Albany and Windham, NY. Snowmobile and Cross Country Ski from the house on the local trail system. Full RV hookup if needed (30 Amp. S/W/E). Great for winter weekends or the season. Hunting, fishing, skiing, skating & snowmobiling here or nearby. A perfect place to use as your base to see and do all that NY has to offer. Better than excellent golf, kayaking, canoeing and boating. White water rafting, Saratoga, Lake George and the Adirondacks an hour+ drive away. Garage saler`s heaven. Tour the historic Dutchess Historic Trail and other historic sites.

Easy access to Hunter Mountain and Windham Ski Centers as well as snowmobiling from your back door on the local trail system. I should mention cross country ski from the house on the snowmobile trail system. Garage sale heaven locally! You`ll be near Woodstock, Howes Caverns, horseback riding, great fishing & hunting. There`s full motor home hook up if needed (30 Amp. S/W/E). The house has hot water heat with auxillary heat via a pellet stove in the living room which gives a wonderful glow to the room. There are lots of very fine restaurants in the area and excellent golf courses with no lines. All in all, this is a great base of operations to explore all that NY has to offer. You can even take the railroad for a day trip to New York City. Sorry, no pets.

Full refund if notified within 3 days of scheduled stay. $100 fee for no shows. Balance returned.
Deposits:
25% down payable with your credit card and balance due upon arrival.
Rates are based on 4 persons with a 6 person maximum ($15 per night each additional after 4). A weekend is Friday to Sunday morning. Daily rate applies for additional before and after days. Winter rates slightly higher. Call or email for a quote.
Other Fees:
$200.00 cash, cleaning and damage deposit returned upon checkout if everything is in order. $500 cleaning and damage deposit for stays of 1 month or more.
Housekeeping/maid service available at extra cost.
