Cottage can easily accommodate up to 8 people.
Huge fenced-in yard with mature trees - perfect for toddlers. Horseshoe pit, 3 decks, gorgeous perennial gardens with fountain and koi pond. Washer/Dryer, Jacuzzi bathtub and Central A/C. Wireless Internet (WiFi), cable and unlimited phone service.
Seasonal activities include: hiking, biking, sport and ice fishing, hunting, skiing at nearby Bristol Mountain, antique shops, wineries, and more...
Rates:
$100.00 per night (two night minimum)
$700.00 per week (off season)
$900.00 per week (pre-season)
$1400.00 per week (in season)
There is an additional $75.00 cleaning fee.
Reservations:
• To reserve email us at lewis@lewisstess.com.
• We require a deposit of one-half the reservation total.
• After receiving your deposit we`ll send you a confirmation and directions.
• Balance due 30 days before check-in or if less, full payment required.
There is a $250.00 security deposit required that will be returned after departure.
Cancellations:
For cancellations within less than 21 days notice of reservation date, refunds will be given to the extent we are able to re-rent, less a $30.00 processing fee.
Check-in: 2 P.M.
Check-out: 10 A.M.
