We`re renting our gorgeous 1850`s Farm House for the months of August and September. Our house sits nestled in the Catskill Mountains on 65 private acres with a spring fed swimming pond. Just 7 minutes to downtown Windham and 10 minutes to down town Hunter. We`re just 4 minutes to the best hiking in the Catskills and minutes from great restaurants and site seeing. If you have children we have several playgrounds nearby and are just a couple of miles from a lake. Although our pond is clear and fantastic for swimming.
Perfect for a couple or small family. If you`re looking for a special place to get away from it all with your little family this is the place. It`s so quiet that you can hear the power lines humming. Seriously! There are 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and down) 3 full bedrooms (one is a kids room with a crib and a trundle bed = 2 twin beds that pull out). We also have 2 offices and one of them has a pull out bed. Most of the rooms are southern facing with spectacular mountain and pond views. Also has a large living room, dining room and screened in back porch.
If interested please email me your dates and the rate you are hoping to get for those dates. Give any flexibility that you have in dates. Weekdays will rent for a lower rate than weekends. Please let me know how many people will be in your party. We have a grill and a fire pit by the pond. Sorry no smoking.

Pricing:
Weekends: 300 per night (Stay Friday, Sat & Sunday for just 700 total)
(2 night minimum)
Weekdays: 200 (3 night minimum)
Weekly Rate: 1500
