Twin Pines is a peaceful, one bedroom lakefront cottage. It`s the perfect vacation destination to spend your days fishing, swimming, boating or just relaxing near the lake. When the sun sets, make s`mores at the fire pit, barbecue, or watch some TV while enjoying the fireplace. Our cottage is in a fantastic family area, but also affords some privacy. Twin Pines is beautifully landscaped with flowers and shrubs. There is a picnic table lakeside, where you can enjoy your lunch and keep an eye on the children in the peaceful water. Shade is provided by the twin pine trees near the picnic table. Other outdoor features include a 25 foot boat dock, which is great for fishing, swimming, and boating in the clear water, with a gently sloping shoreline. There is a propane barbecue grill, so leave the charcoal at home and relax. A fire pit is near the picnic area for campfires. A canoe with paddles and life jackets is also supplied for your enjoyment. Parking for two vehicles is available on site. Inside the cottage, you will enjoy the lake view, brick fireplace, brand new kitchen, full bathroom with tub/shower and very hot water. The house sleeps five with day bed, sofa bed, and queen bed in the bedroom. The dinette table seats six people, so enjoy the view. If it should rain there is a covered, screened porch with an outdoor sofa and picnic table. There is a television but channels are limited, so bring VHS tapes or DVDS to enjoy. Perhaps the only unusual thing you`ll encounter at our property is the Sunday 3PM checkin through Saturday 11AM checkout rental period. This has become a necessity, due to the demand of the property. In order to keep the property in tip top condition for everyone`s enjoyment, this has become necessary, to allow for proper maintenance of the property.
