Security for all rentals is $1000. Deposit of 50% of rent is due with all reservations. No reservation is held without immediate deposit. The balance of the rent and a separate check for security for July and August rentals are due June 1. Contracts less than 60 days before occupancy are due in full payment. Please pay by bank check or similar guaranteed funds.
