Two charming ski houses conveniently located on Route 296 between Windham and Hunter Mountain ski resorts are available for winter ski seasonal rental. Each house has its own private 8-person hot tub, decks, and barbeque. Both are extremely clean, fully turnkey houses with cable tv, dvd/vcr, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, internet (at a fee), charming furnishings, wood floors, and new appliances.

The houses, which are great for entertaining and are separated by a natural stone patio garden, can be rented separately or together to accommodate a larger group. The front house rents for $9000 and the rear house rents for $8500 for the entire ski season. Front house: 3 bedroom/2full bathrooms, sleeps 8 persons via 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 set of bunk beds plus 1 queen sofa bed. Rear house: 3 bedroom/2 full bathrooms, sleeps 8 persons using 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, and 1 queen sofa bed.

Both houses have toasty heating systems and propane gas fireplaces to take the chill off and add ambience. Utilities (oil, gas and electricity) are not included. I arrange for plowing, hot tub maintenance, and basic cable and phone service for which the seasonal tenant reimburses me (approx. $750). Houses are also available for Fall and Summer periods.
