Holiday weekends 3 night minimum
The Guest House has a private backyard surrounded by stone walls (circa 1840`s) and woods with an outdoor fireplace (1st bundle of wood supplied) and a gas BBQ grill, patio furniture w/chairs & umbrellas, 2 hammocks & 3 lounge chairs.
Rent both of our homes for larger groups.
Check in by 7 pm. unless previously arranged. Check out is 11 AM, late check out 8PM if available is $35.
For the comfort of all of our guests no smoking is allowed indoors. No Pets. No Hunting

We are located 2 1/2 hours north of NY City bordering Sunny Hill Golf Course & Resort and just around the corner is Thunderhart golf course. Rainbow Golf Club is 5 minutes away. There are 9 courses within minutes of us.
Just 22 minutes to Ski Windham with ice skating, snow tubing, snowboarding, snow mobile rentals for kids (6 years old & up) & skiing. 28 miles to Hunter Mountain (rent an ATV or snow mobile), skiing, snowboarding & snowtubing.
There is plenty of fun for the whole family; Zoom Flume Water Park, Explore Howes & The Secret Caverns, Olana Castle, Woodstock, tubing the Esopus, Hudson River Cruises, rent a boat, canoe or kayak on the Hudson River.
