Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly Rate - $960 per week (6 nights)
Daily Rate - $200 per night (2 night minimum stay)
Pets - With owners permission ($25 per night $100 per week per pet)
Rates do not include State Sales Tax
A 50 % deposit is due within 10 days of the booking date , the balance and a $250 refundable security deposit is due 30 days prior to the rental date .
Security Deposit : Will be refunded in full in 14 days as long as there are no damages or other costs incurred
Cancellation Policy : There will be no refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to the rental date . A full refund will be issued if cancelled more than 30 days prior to rental date only if the cabin is re rented for the same dates.
